MASTER FOAM

INTRODUCTION
A highly concentrated, high foaming, sterilizing and cleaning chemical used for all types of cleaning in the food industry. It is suitable for all food industries, meat factories, dairies, sweet factories, etc for hard surface cleaning by the foam method.

PROPERTIES

Disinfectant qualities Contains 1000ppm chlorine at 1:20 parts; 500ppm chlorine at 1:40 parts; ideal operating temperature below 45ºC. Not recommended to use above 60ºC
Foaming Very stable fine foam
Cleaning Ideal general cleaner with good stain removing properties

METHODS OF APPLICATION
When using a foam applicator, it is recommended to dilute at 1:20 and 1:40. Foam walls and leave for at least 10 minutes before washing away. It can also be used through a high pressure cleaner at a low temperature (ideal 45ºC) and a dilution of between 1:100. This product is highly recommended for general food factory cleaning.
