RUST CONVERTOR

INTRODUCTION
This product is an inhibited, low temperature acid de-scaler and light rust remover. Circulated through water lines of such equipment as boilers, condensers, and heat exchangers, RUST CONVERTER effectively removes the mineral scale deposits, sludge encrustations and corrosion products that reduce operating efficiency. RUST CONVERTER can also be employed in the immersion treatment of slightly rusted or new metal parts - this helps the paint to adhere to metal surfaces and will also prevent rusting for a long time. The inhibitor in RUST CONVERTER permits a selective attack on scale and rust without appreciably effecting the basis metal

METHODS OF APPLICATION
RUST CONVERTER is mixed with water up to 1:5, slowly to make the working solution, such as being dependent on the severity of the scale and rust. Apply by means of a brush, spray, dip bath or through circulation in water lines, etc. Leave about 10-30 minutes to work - rinse off or flush through
